DIY: Bubble Bath

There's nothing more detoxifying and relaxing than a bubble bath.
Add a glass of wine and some candles and you're good to go.
Now to find a bubble bath with ingredients that I can pronounce...
Sensitive skin calls for sensitive care and a homemade bubble bath does just the trick without all the added hydroxy-beta-blahhs.
This recipe is perfect for you.
Or bottle it up for a loved one as a Valentine's Day gift.
ps- These ingredients are natural aphrodisiacs- you're welcome.

Bubble Bath
3 Drops of Rose Oil
3 Drops of Vanilla Oil
6 Drops of Jasmine Oil
6 Drops of Ylang Ylang Oil
1 Bar/Bottle of Castile Soap
4 ounces of Liquid Glycerin

Castile Soap comes in many different scents.  You can get crafty and make your own concoctions, but this recipe calls for unscented soap.  The picture above is Peppermint Castile Soap from Target.  Wary of Glycerin?  Don't be.  It's a natural humectant, which means it attracts water.  It helps your skin soak up moisture in the tub.  Glycerin helps the skin maintain a balance at the cellular level, combats dry skin and overall keep cells healthy and hydrated.
This website has amazing oils you can purchase online.  Or you can visit your local wellness store- I got all of these oils at Sprouts.

Bottle it!
Mix the bubble bath and pour it into a glass bottle, like these Airtight Glass Bottles, from Crate and Barrel.  Place a few rose petals or vanilla beans inside for an amazing view.
